For Chapter 5 Season 3: Wrecked, I had the opportunity to contribute to the Leviathan Ship located in Brutal Beachhead. This was my first time working directly on a POI, and it was an awesome experience. I supported the environment team by creating props and textures that helped reinforce the storytelling and visual identity of the space.
The Leviathan Ship is such a striking and memorable location, and it was really cool to contribute to something that plays such a big role in the season’s tone. Even in a supporting role, it’s incredibly rewarding to see your work integrated into a world that millions of players explore.
I had the chance to collaborate with Scott Homer, who was the POI Owner for this area. Scott’s been a huge influence and mentor for me on the project, and learning from him throughout the process was one of the highlights of the season.
As always, Fortnite is a massive team effort, and I’m grateful to be a part of it. Big thanks to everyone involved in bringing Wrecked to life!
